J.L. Loveday Art Nouveau Mucha-like, 1898 magazine cover. Will look great framed:
$50.00

This cover appeared on the May, 1898 issue of The Inland Printer. The magazine was the bible of the American printing industry and the first American magazine to have a new cover designed for every issue. Some of the most influential of illustrators of the day created distinctive covers for the magazine, including Will Bradley and the brothers J. C. and Frank X. Leyendecker. Many of the covers and interior ads were innovative—printed separately to show off special techniques, inks and papers.
This is the original cover, not a reproduction.
Condition: There is some faint offsetting from the opposite page in the bound volume from which this cover was removed and the white outer margins were mistrimmed during the binding process. See photos for details.
The page size is 8-3/8 x 11-1/2 inches.
