An exquisite Japanese silver swing handled dish. It is hallmarkedwith STERLING 950 to its base and has a signature in itsbowl – see photo’s. It dates to c1900-1940. It has beenbeautifully made having an engraved image of a house at the foot of mountainswith a man in a sampan boat. It is in superb condition being freefrom dings splits holes and repairs - just the odd faint mark. The handle moves freely. It measures almost6.75 inches (17cms) by 6.25 inches (15.8cms) by approx. 4.5 inches (11.3cms) tall including the handle. Itweighs a respectable 206 grams. A beautiful stylish piece.
