This is a Harmony Kingdom Limited Edition of Disney\'s Jiminy Cricket titled \"Jiminy Cricket and Seahorses.\"
To my knowledge it was a Disney sales exclusive from 2004. Jiminy can be lifted to reveal a small compartment.
