ARTHUR SZYK\'S MONUMENTAL Passover HAGGADAH! Single folio page Passover SACRIFICE! This litho is from the Arthur Szyk Passover Haggadah edited by Cecil Roth and published by Massada and Alumoth Press in Tel-Aviv (Jerusalem, Ramat--Gan), most likely in the 1950-60\'s. When the original 1940 edition was released in London, England, it was limited to 250 numbered copies. The Szyk Haggadah was cited then by The Times of London as \"worthy to be placed among the most beautiful of books that the hand of man has produced\". The Haggadah was dedicated to King George VI of England, who received one of the first copies. We found this 1950-60\'s Haggadah in a small estate recently purchased, in a complete state of disrepair, with the metal cover dislodged, the spine and covers broken, pages falling out and a fair number of pages stained. We thought that here was an opportunity to offer individual magnificent plates of the Arthur Szyk Passover Haggadah to individuals who otherwise would not be able to purchase any vintage Szyk Haggadah at a reasonable price. The subject matter of the plates vary of course, with some probably being more desirous than others; obviously only one of each is available. Our start offer is the same for each plate offered, including ones with minor stains which, when framed close to the image area would hide these stains completely, or in the case of very light stains, would barely be visible. Our buy now price differs in that it reflects the desirability of the subject matter. The entire page is shown here, stains (wherever extant) and all; each page has tiny holes along the left side, where the page was bound into the book. Each plate is 6-7/8\" x 8-3/8\" in size.

Unlimited and for any reasons when notified within seven days of receiving item, and returned within 14 days. In any event, buyers must inform seller before retutning item for any reasons. However, in case where there is no valid veason for return, buyer - at seller\'s discreation - will pay postage both way, and will not be refunded for postage costs.
