GOOD. Bound volume of 26 magazines. Cover has wear and soiling. The spine has some splitting at the top. Most of the pages are in very good condition. Only pages 445/4446 have a missing pieces — mostly text and ads. There are a very few minor tears here and there. NO water damage. Overall this large, heavy volume is in good condition.
