Case
The oak case is really nice with some detailed carvings and beading, all as it should be. The case does have some wear to the varnish, but overall it\'s a good case. The back doors opens for access to the movement and has the BRAVINGSTONS instructions inside.
Dial
The original silvered dial has Arabic numerals and spade hands. The dial is in average condition, this is a very old clock. The dial has a silent lever by number 3 and to the top has a fast slow arbour (This is for making adjustments without opening the back door, Double ended key here for this)
The dial reads BRAVINGTONS LTD KINGSCROSS AND LUDGATE HILL LONDON
Bravingtons is the clocks retailer and the movement is made in Germany by Junghans.
There are three winding arbors, one for the strike, one for time and one for the westminster chime. The dial is covered with glass and a brass bezel.
Movement
This is a heavy duty high quality three train movement which chimes every 15 minutes and counting the hours. There are 4 chime rods. Made inGermany by Junghans. The clock keeps good time and is regulated by its heavy brass pendulum. Once wound by the key the clock will run for over 8 days as this is an 8 day clock. The movement is marked JUNGHANS & features the movements model number.
The movement has been dismantled, cleaned with the appropriate chemicals, reassembled, oiled correctly and tested for your satisfaction.

Guarantee
I will guarantee this clock in working order for 12 months, I do not make home calls, so the clock would have to be brought back to me or posted to me (Buyer to pay all postal charges to and from). Not covering abuse or cosmetic damage. Please note these clocks require some slight expertise and common sense to setup, which includes placing the clock on a completely level surface and hanging the pendulum on and winding once per week.
Delivery / Collection
