Jim was handcuffed to Lee Harvey Oswald on that fateful day in November 1963 when Jack Ruby shot and killed JFK\'s assassin.
Jim usually signs his items \"James Levealle\" but in for friends he signs \"Jim Leavelle\" as he has done here. The picture you see is the one you will get.
I had dinner with Jim a couple years back and told him of the Police Unity Tour, a 300 mile bicycle ride to honor fallen police officers. He brought me back to his home and was happy to sign several items and has supported my efforts with the Police Unity Tour through the years.
I will also include the photo of Jim standing next to his mini van that shows how he looks today and also his vanity plate of RETDPD. Jim is also a WW2 vet and was at Pearl Harbor on Dec 7 1944....another day that will live in infamy. He is in his mid 90\'s now.
