A fabulous Art Deco style Mid Century Modern solid 950 Sterling Silver set excluding the Tray which is original and is Silver Plate. The five pieces of solid Silver all marked “950 Sterling” and with a Japanese Makers mark. Coffeepot 11 ¾ inches high and weighing 1015 grams, Teapot 10 inches high and weighing 890 grams, Sugar Bowl 4 inches high and weighing 316 grams, Creamer 4 ½ inches high and weighing 219 grams, Sugar tongs 5 ¼ inches long and weighing 40 grams. Total weight 2480 grams, mentioned for quality purposes, this is not a set for scrap. There are some minor dings to the set, the coffeepot with the largest, it is pictured and will be easily restored, the set displays with splendor. Tray diameter 20 inches, it has some wear as pictured but remains very presentable. Overall a very stylish Tea Set and a fine investment.
