It is COBALT BLUE with FLOWERS & BIRDS ( Looks like Pheasants ) with LOTS of 24 K GOLD TRIM.Included in this SET is :A BEAUTIFUL PLATTER Measuring 8 \" X 10 3/4 \" X 3/4 \" DEEP,A REALLY ORNATE TEA POT which STANDS ( including the Lid ) 10 \" TALL X 7 1/2 \" SPOUT to the HANDLE, The BASE Measures 3 \" WIDE and the Lid ALONE Stands 4 1/2 \" TALL.There are 12 SMALL CUPS Measuring 1 1/2 \" Tall X 2 \" WIDE at the TOP.This is a REALLY BEAUTIFUL SET with NO CHIPS OR BREAKS WHATSO EVER. The DESIGN IS REALLY BEAUTIFUL and would make a WONDERFUL GIFT or addition to anyone\'s COLECTION. IT IS NEW NEVER USED IN THE ORIGINAL BOX. The Inside of the BOX IS A FORM FITTED STYROFOAM and is in GREAT CONDITION, However The Paper Sleeve that fits over it has seen BETTER DAYS as shown in the Pictures.It\'s been Packed up and moved several times along with being in storage.
