Fine and uncommon oldfolio sheet city planwith lovely hand color.

A most attractive 17th century urban plan with numerous historical views, artifacts and figures surrounding the central plan. Cherubs hold two banners at either side listing 57 specific locations within the map. Dedication box at bottom center blank as issued.

Map is visually attractive but with some age issues along the edges. Some light age wear or surface spotting/ soiling which is visible within the scan, top blank margin mostly lacking with some short chipping and small edge splits into the map.Same is true along the bottom edge. Some extra fold lines. Paper and image remains overall clean & sound. Old maps & prints often display small minor repairs on the back, could have uneven blank margins, might have extraneous fold-lines or other small minor age flaws which do not detract from the visual appeal or value. Condition is carefully considered in arriving at our price.
