Beautifull 10.25\" collectors plate/wall plate. Has hanger on back side as seen in photo. Plate has beautiful gold rim and shows the portraits and years of presidancy of all presidents of the United States of America stsrting with George Washington and ending with the begining of Jimmy Carters term in 1977. Presidebt Carter is shown in the middle, just above the eagle and Flag. The front face of plate has little to no wear. I do not see any scratches, but plate has been displayed so I am not listing item as new. The part of the plate that meets the wall does show minor wear as seen in photo, but due to being hung, it can not be seen when being displayed on wall. Very nice.
