Up For Sale is a Set (2) of John James Audubon “Birds of America” Limited Edition Collector Plates. The First Plate is Called “Swainson’s Warbler”. The Second Plate is of Scrub or Florida Jay. Both Plates are From the Original water Color by John J. Audubon in the permanent Collection of the New York Historical Society and are Made of Fine Bone China. The Swainson’s Warbler is the First in a series of eight subjects reproduced by the Worcester Royal Porcelain Company. Limited Edition #559 out of 5000. The Second Plate Scrub or Florida Jay is The Second in a series of eight subjects reproduced by the Worcester Royal Porcelain Company.Limited Edition #949 out of 5000. Plates were made in England by the Royal Worcester Company in 1976. Both Plates come in a beautiful hinged Storage box as a set. Condition: New never Displayed or used. In Original Box. No Chips, Cracks, Crazing, Utensil marks, or scratches. Size: About 10 7/8” Diameter. See Pictures for more details.
