Why We Do Not Use Parchment

We are sometimes asked why we don\'t print our posters on parchment paper. The first reason is that real parchment paper, being made from animal hide, is quite expensive. More importantly, however, is the fact that it is not historically accurate. True parchment paper was out of common use by the end of the Middle Ages.
