This is a limited edition (#180 of 300) of John Lennon\'s SUITORS,which is signed by Yoko Ono Lennon and authenticated by Lynn Clifford, director at Bag One Arts, Inc.This treasured serigraph is no longer available from the Yoko Ono collection and can only be obtained from private collections. It is professionally framed in a museum grade frame and glass to preserve this treasure and maintain it\'s value. Authentication documentation is attached to the backside of the frame.
John drew \"Suitors\"in 1979. It is based on his belief that every man hides behind a mask when he speaks to a woman. He may court her with flowers and sweet words, but even though he loves her, he manages never to tell her the truth. It is the woman who must remove the mask and determine which suitor will make the best mate.
Seller is the original owner; artwork was hung in a smoke-free Environment. It is in excellent condition.
