Handmade in Israel during the 1960\'s by Zel Zion, Tel Aviv. Signed on back.
The bottom of the plate there is a relief decoration showing a soldier guarding the old City of Jerusalem with the words- \"medinat Israel\" (the state of Israel), and the verse from Isaiah 62:6 -
