Take a step back in historyand view this antique RPPC Real Photo Post Card. This postcard features a photographof the sculpture named Synagoga (personifying the Jewish Synagogue) at theStrasbourg Cathedral. Synagoga is a blindfolded woman who is drooping, carryinga broken lance (possibly an allusion to the Holy Lance that stabbed Christ) anda Torah scroll that appears to be slipping from her hand. “Cathédrale de Strasbourg” and “La Synagogue” which translates from French intoEnglish as “Strasbourg Cathedral” and “The Synagogue” is printed on the front of thepostcard. Strasbourg Cathedral is a Roman Catholic cathedral in Strasbourg,Alsace, France.

This postcard is Not Used.This postcard has teeny tiny corner bumps with some light edge wear. There are Nocreases. The postcard has lightly browned due to aging ~ the postcard is notbrittle.
