This note features a Vignette of a milkmaid seated on a log under the arched title. On the lower left is a portrait of Governor Letcher. \"1\" dies are printed at the upper corners in red as well as a \"ONE\" protector printed in red at the bottom.

This Civil War era note grades Uncirculated with light handling.
