1. SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary WIDELY, particularly during the holiday season.
2. USPS First Class Mail International is the cheapest but, is not available on all items and there is no tracking number with it. Please do not select this option unless you are willing to wait 3-6 weeks for delivery.
3. USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL is the Best Value with a Tracking number. Usually, you receive your package within 7-14 days.
4. VERY IMPORTANT: No matter which method of shipment you choose, now-a-days, many times packages are held by the customs in USA or in your country. In such a case the shipment may take 3-8 weeks. No one has any control on that.
5. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer\'s responsibilities. Please check with your country\'s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to offerding/buying. RETURNS / REFUNDS

1. Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 3 days of the delivery date.
2. In order to return an item, you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
3. Return item must be received within 7 days after RMA Number is issued.
4. Return item must be attached with original invoice and original retail box and packaging.
5. The RMA number must be written clearly on the package/box.
6. Package will be rejected if mailed without an RMA number.
7. Customers are required to pay for shipping fees for return items- NO EXCEPTIONS.
Defective/Wrong Items:
1. Minor manufacturer blemishes or dirt marks in the materials are not qualified for returns as defective items.
2. We will accept return for an even exchange if a replacement is available. Otherwise, we will process a refund of the selling amount.
3. Shipping and handling fees will NOT be refunded in ANY situation- NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. If returned item is tested to be non defective, customers need to pay extra for re-shipping the item.
Return Items:
1. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fees for cancel order or refund.

3. Items returned without an RMA number or after 7 days will NOT be accepted or processed.
4. If you selected the size/type and after receiving it, you find it to be the wrong size/type- then it is not our fault and, is not qualified for any refunds. We will exchange it as a courtesy provided you send it at your cost and also provide us with return shipping and handling charges.
