Here is an old stone found in Colorado that lookslike it was fashioned at one time for use as the head of a primitive \"axe\". We are uncertain whether or not it is a Native American artifact. It seems damaged/scraped in spots where it might have been fastened somehow to a \"handle\". Its approximate (widest point) measurements are: 6 1/4\" x 3 5/8\" x 1\". A very interesting piece that could be researched further, or, merely enjoyed for its display appeal. Sold as found, so please review photos carefully & ask questions.
