For your consideration, from my personal collection, I am offering an original, exceptional, anduniquely beautiful lithograph by world famous impressionist artist, Kamil Kubik.BorninCzechoslavia on February 9, 1930, he beganstudying art in Prague.When the Communists seized power in 1948, he escaped the country. He continued his art education in Australia, London and the United States (San Francisco and New York). Currently, he and his wife residein New Jersey. Kubik hasestablished an extensive reputation for his still life, street scene and cityscape compositions. His artwork is displayed and collected widely. In 1997, Kubik was awardedthe prestigious Ellis Island Medal of Honor.

This lithographshows Central Parkduring early spring whensome flowers are in earlybloom, the trees have yet to bud, and people are enjoying the new warmth with various activities. The site chosen for this piece faces Central Park West from where\"The Pilgrim\" stands. The New England Society erected this statue in 1885 to commemorate the landing of the Pilgrim Fathers on Plymouth Rock. In the distance, one sees the magnificent two towers of the acclaimed San Remo Hotel, designed by the renowned Emery Roth.

This rare limited edition color graphic artlithographwas published, from the original plates,in1980. Theheavy, smoothpaper stock is of the highest quality. In mint condition, clean and untouched, this lithograph has never been matted, framed, hung nor displayed, but has been properly stored and undisturbed since creation.

The dimension of thelithograph is 19\" x 25\".

My personal collection of lithographs have been in my gentle and conscientious care since their production, as they were originally created by my father, who was a master lithographer.
