This ring is a replica of the engagement ring presented to her, also previously presented from Prince Charles to Lady Diana Spencer for their engagement.The center stone is a 7 carat simulated oval, faceted sapphire, surrounded by 1.80 carats of simulated diamonds (Diamonique/cubic zirconia). The stones are set in 925 sterling silver, US ring size 7. This is not the Kenneth Jay Lane replica, which was also sold by QVC.This item is no longer in production through QVC, however, the information previously provided (along with item reviews) can be found here: ring has never been worn, and has only been removed from the packaging/plastic zipper bag for photos.
