Katherine\'s Collection Wayne Kleski 28\" Horse Carousel table top Display. Would be a great Baby Shower Prop or centerpiece. This was a display model. It still has tags. The base is a bit scuffed and could be re-painted. I am discounting the price because of this flaw. It really is a great detailed carousel horse.
