Up for sale is a Keeney Ten Pins Bowling Game. I own two and I had set up a part of the game room as a two lane bowling alley. The tape you see on the right unit was put on the glass to keep the glass from flipping down during moving. This sale is for one unit, although I am willing to sell both. The winner of this sale gets t o pick which unit to take.
Both games are complete and work as they should.Description: Ten Pins, Keeney, 1949, a roll-down type bowling game which uses small 2\" balls rolled down at shuffle alley. The Keeney 10 Pins\' balls hit small pins, which retract through a string. The pins are held to the alley with magnets (this is the same concept used on the 1957 WilliamsTen Strike/Ten Pinsand the 1939-1953Evans Ten Strike). The ball is returned to the player at the front coin door area via gravity. The Keeney Ten Pins is perhaps the first ball bowler, and definitely the first contact ball bowler.
