The crests would appear to be 2 shields of arms encircled by a representation of the Order of the Garter - the writing around the shields appears to read 'HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE'

I believe the crest on the left is the Royal Coat of Arms of Queen Victoria and the crest on the right is the Coat of Arms of Prince Albert
