Front hinge is opening, still holding though.

Some page damage towards middle of book, however is out of the text area so would not interfere with reading. Last 4 pages of book have lower right corner missing, appears to have been result of long term folds just breaking off. the area missing on each page is approximately 1/4\" from the corner inward so does not interfere with readibility.

Spine is sun faded, boardshave worn areas, corners bumped and worn. But is still tightly attached to the text. no tears other damage on spine or boards.

Front pastedown and endpaper has writing consisting of three iterations of a Margaret Lanius Barbee Whitewright,Texas two are dated June 12, 1924 and one May 7, 1923. See pictures for details of these.

Also on contents page, the title of the first story was written above the print in ink \"Poor Dear Mama\"

On the back endpaper, upside down and on the right side, is a small subtraction exercise...22 over 7 over 15.
