Condition : I’m pretty sure that this is new, but I have no way to prove it, so I’m going to list it as used. One of the pieces still has binding to keep lantern held in place just like new. You can see this in the picture. Beautiful Nativity set.

Return Policy : I will provide a 14 day return policy from the date received by buyer. Item must be returned in similar condition as shipped. I do take pictures of all products before they go into their boxes, as well as document the shipping process by video. I usually test the unit before packing it, just one last time to confirm its working pre-boxing. If damages was incurred by the shipping company (USPS, UPS, Etc.) than this will be taken into consideration. Please be sure to take pictures of box and item showing that the postal service had caused the damages. I’ll open a claim with the postal service myself. Buyer must pay shipping to return the item. To receive a full refund buyer must also pay an additional 20% restocking fee to be considered. Once I have received my restocking fee, and the unit has been received back into my inventory, I will provide a full refund. If the product was new, it must be returned in the same new condition. If the product is factory sealed, to be eligible for full refund, must be returned in factory sealed condition.
