Damages & Warranties
Damaged Shipments:Do not accept delivery from the carrier if the box has been damaged. If you cansnap a picture of the damage and notify us ASAP we can replace the order rightaway. If you find shipping damage while opening your package be sure to keepall packing material and the shipping box so we can open a claim for you.Notify us right away so we start the process.
Missing Items orWrong Item Received: Keep the box, packing material, all shipped partsand contact us right away.
Warranties:All products are warranted against manufacturer’s defects. Increasingly, manyof our manufacturers handle claims directly to speed up the process of exchangeor sending replacement parts. We’re happy to step in and get the ball rolling.Electronic parts must go back to the manufacturer for bench testing. Becauseissues are often solved over the phone with tech support, call the manufacturerfirst and be sure to get the name of whoever you speak with if you need tocontact us.

Returns & Exchanges Within 30Days of Purchase
New Items:This describes brand new, unopened, completely factory sealed packaging andproduct with factory packaging and tags, not torn, greasy, stained, or writtenon so it can be resold as retail new. Items can be returned for exchange orrefund. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs back to us.
Open Box Items:Refers to the condition of ‘new items’ as described above but the factorypackaging has been opened or shows signs of handling. Unlike other onlinestores, we are willing to take these items back if you are willing to acceptthe fact there may be a restocking fee (up to 20%) and since it will have to besold as ‘open box’ and discounted accordingly. Opened electronic parts, fuelmanagement systems, and exhaust systems having foam adhesive removed, are noteligible for return. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs back to us.
Used Items:Unless an item is deemed by the manufacturer to be defective, we do not acceptany returns on used items. This includes but is not limited to items showingsigns of installation or attempted/improper installation (mounting marks,scratches, scuffs), mounted tires/wheels, windshields, discolored exhaust, programmedfuel tuners, bluetooth/communication devices, apparel, items installed contraryto manufacturer’s specifications, seats, etc. We are in the business of sellingfirst quality, factory sealed and new parts and do not have an outlet forselling customer’s used items.
ResolutionProcess: If you want to return new or open box items please visit ourweb site and look for the returns tab and fill out the form to receive an RMAnumber. Keep in mind that no returns will be accepted without this number andthat every item is unpacked and inspected upon delivery.
Restocking Fees:Restocking fees of 20% may be applied for authorized returns and are decided ona case by case basis. Contact us through the sale prior to purchase with anyquestions.
ShippingShipping is free to the lower 48 United States. Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not part of the lower 48statesandwill need to be invoiced for shipping.
Most items ship the same day payment is received if payment is received before 2pm EST otherwise the item will ship the following business day. Due to UPS shipping items will not be shipped during holidays observed by UPS.
If an item is out of stock or oversold the customer will be notified of the date that the item will be back in stock.
International customers and customers located in Hawaiior Alaska will be invoiced for additional shipping charges. Some items will be sent via USPS and others via UPS. Shipping method is determined by Eastern Performance customer service team for the best shipping price with the safe arrival of the package in mind.
