Set of four (4) sterling silver bread platesby Matthews & Prior New Youk, NY 1894-1904
This is sterling holloware and this is the pattern # WH400. Matthew & Prior made sterling holloware and this is pattern #HW400. The Bread and Butter plates are 6\" in diameter. feature a simple triple ring design rim and are monogrammed with AKH in an attractive design that is Art Nouveau. These have been, in excellent estate condition with one flaw that is a small dimple in photo # 6. This can be removed however is hard to find and not a problem. No dends, dents or other damage. The total weight of the four plates is 269 grams. These are elegant plates with a monogram design from the most popular Art Nouveau time, 1809 - c.1910.
