LARGE Antique Swiss Black Forest Wood Carving Butter Mold Edelweiss Flowers c1900

To sale comes this beautiful and very large butter mold, carved from wood and showing flowers with a blank banner carved in bas relief, with a spiral sort of edge trim.
If hanging from handle, vertically, it is ~16 1/2\" tall, ~4 3/4\" wide, and ~1 5/8\" deep.
Very good used condition showing great patina. Showing some spotting as part of expected mild age related wear. Original nails on the back show great patina, also. Review all photos as part of complete condition detail.

She opened her Flagship boutique store on Denver\'s Historic Antique Row in 2000 and her collection is only surpassed by her satisfied customers both in Colorado and online. She has sold pieces to decorate the rustic Ritz Carlton Hotel in Vail, as well as items to Ralph Lauren\'s ranch, and many mountain homes and cabins across the country. She makes three trips a year to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and France to buy these important pieces and works hard everyday to present them to her customers.
