LARGE ENGLISH STERLING SILVER CAKE STAND FRUIT BOWL ANTIQUE 1918 SUPERB 268g:

A stunning good sized fruit or cake stand / comport. It is hallmarked forSheffield 1919 with the maker’s marks being those of William Hutton and Sons, awell respected firm. It has a very elegant design having a flower shaped footand bowl with thick beeded rims and intricate pierced work. It is in perfectcondition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures over 8 inches (20.7cms)across by 3.75 inches (9.4cms) tall and weighs a very respectable 8.6 troyounces (268 grams), please note this is the total silver weight i.e. the baseis not filled or weighted. A beautifully designed useable piece.
