Such a cool piece!! This early English Moorcroft vase works just as well with modern, country or shabby decors as it worked back in its early days in England.
Rare cobalt color that is quite hard to locate!
Heavy weight piece that has spectacular color saturation!
Fully incised hallmark MOORCROFT and numbered 62
The glaze is in excellent condition for its age-no cracks.
There are a couple of factory glaze skips common in this type of pottery, and one small nick at the top (right above the glaze skip) which is actually almost unseen.
I think you will love it!
Measurements are about 10\" tall x about 6.5\" at the widest point
It will be well packed and insured for safety.
