We Only ship with Delivery Confirmation and Tracking and insurance to countriesoutside of the United States. There are now 180countries that offer Tracking and Insurance onFirst Class Package Mail. This is less expensive than priority mail, but still it is expensive.
Based on the policies of both and Paypal, items shipped domestically and internationally must be shipped with tracking information in order for both the SELLER and BUYER to be protected by the Paypal Protection Plan.
On our listing we state that we ship internationally by priority mail. However, if you send us your address, I will check to see if your country offers First Class Package Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance and will quote a price. But, you must send us your full address through the Message System.
We are happy to ship in the most financially feasiblel way, we just need tracking to confirm that we sent the item and confirmation that it was delivered. If there is a problem with the shipment, insurance is added to protect both the buyer and the seller.
