This is an interesting vintage carved resin piece that appears to be \"Joseph\" carrying a wood staffthat I acquired at an estate sale. It is very large at 17-1/2\" but the features are really well made especially Joseph\'s face, hands and feet. His face almost glows by light. Joseph is carrying a staff (tree branch) and is dressed in a wine colored cloak with beige gown. He is leaning over probably looking at baby Jesus I would assume. His feet and toes as well as hands are really wonderful and large. I don\'t know the history behind the piece or how old it is or where it came from. But, the piece is unique and would make a wonderful addition to aSantos collection.Please email me with any questions.
