This is a beautiful , authentic and very rare ORIGINAL FavrileCandlestick lamp with a intricately detailed twisted base by Louis Comfort Tiffany, along with amatching gold glass shade. This antique was created entirely by LCT, andstill bears the signature on the base and shade. Tiffany Studios createda lot of fine art and glass, but of all the stunning pieces, the famous glasslighting units are some of the most desired. The color of thisiridescentdesklamp is just spectacular with brilliant gold, blue and purple colors that evokethat specialArt Nouveau feel. Thislamp has been re-wired to accept a single bulb and has an on-off switch on thecord.

This is the one of the nicest Tiffany decorative lamps we have ever offeredfor sale. Tiffany completed this glass sometime in the early 1900s withhis customary unique Art Nouveau style.

The lamp is 13\" tall. The top shade is 3\" high and 7 1/4\" across

Very good condition - please note there are some very small nicks on the top rim of the shade. Please see photos.
