This is beautiful decorative plate. It is black with gold edges/outline. It has an abstract cat design by Laurel Burch (signed). It needs to be cleaned - it's been in storage. Comes in its original styrofoam box. It has a metal plate hanger attached to it. Would make a wonderful display piece. See pics for condition.
