I am offering this Steiff Limited Edition mohair soft Black Bear Cub. It is the first in the North American Wildlife Series, designed and manufactured in a limited edition of 2,000 pieces in 1990 and sold exclusively at FAO Schwarz New York. This bear is numbered very low at No. 00163. This bear is modeled after its real-life counterparts who inhabit the forests and national parks of America\'s Southeast and the Yosemite region. It is covered with the finest mohair fabric, a naugahyde nose and paws. This bear has been in my collection since new. It is in excellent condition with no defects and comes in the original box with Certificate of Authenticity. This bear has been in a glass-enclosed dust-free display case since I obtained it in 1990.
