You are offerding on a very pretty high relief shell cameo brooch that measures approx. 1 7/8\" x 1 3/8\" and features the goddess Flora adorned with flowers. The item weighs approx. 14.8 grams and I have added a coin in one picture so you can gauge the size.The thick shell is stable and secure in the gold setting with no movement. There are areas of gold missing on the top edge of the bezel that are noticeable under close examination. The trombone clasp is in good working order. The item is not hallmarked but tests to be 12K gold. I gently cleaned the item but will leave additional cleaning up to the buyer. Pleaseask questions at least 24 hours before the sale ends.
