This lovely Lagloriette Limoges box is a painting, by Toulouse-Lautrec, of famed Moulin Rouge can-can dancer, Louise Weber, with a 22KT gold frame. Wearing a red dress, white petticoats, and black gloves, she is holding a hand mirror. She was nicknamed \"La Goulue\" (the glutton) because she would drink from customers\' glasses as she danced by them. A circle is the clasp. Painted inside is a hand mirror, with \"La goulue d\'apres Toulouse-Lautrec.\" It is 1.7\" by 2.3\" with a height of 1.1\". \"Peint Main - Limoges France - Lagloriette\" with the artist\'s initials is onthe bottom.
