This is a wonderful Limoges trinket box that appears to be a French church or cathedral or castle. Inside is a picture of the French Flag. There are no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs and is in excellent condition. 3 1/4 inch tall and 2 1/2 inches long. Bottom is marked with \"Limoges France Peint Main\" (hand painted). Pink and white in color on a green base (grass?). Front appears to depict stained glass windows. Claspis gold in color and is a version of the castle itself. Clasp is in good working condition.This item is a beautiful depiction of a famous French landmark. Free shipping.
