How very precious this piece is. You can feel the mother’s concern for her baby’s safety yet there is no panic, no fear, just determination. Such a simple idea with such complex feelings. She stands a little over 10 5/8” tall and has a base of 4 ½”to 5”. She was sculpted by Salvador Deborn, issued in 1982 and retired in 1998.This piece is in excellent condition with the Lladro stamp and no detected flaws, cracks, chips or other imperfections.
