This is a very unusual clothes hanger found in a local estate. It dates I am thinking from pre WW2, and is constructed of mostly Bamboo. As you can see there are clothes pins... also bamboo wood... that hang down off the arms. Maybe for hanging very delicate items, or items that are hard to hang on a normal hanger. There is a very hard to read ink stamp on the bottom of one arm that reads \"Made In Japan\". No other markings I can find. A great items for those who collect in the amazing genre of vintage clothing and related items!
