A FIND FROM ONE OF MY DEEPEST HIDDEN STORAGE CARTONS! This may be the last of my vintage floral millinery trim or lapel pins. Individual flowers fashioned to wear on netting or just clipped in the hair, can be a bright and cheerful addition to your final look as you leave the house. Fifteen or so years ago, when I gave up doing Antique Shows and took early retirement from my professional career, I stored my inventory with my own lifetime accumulation of antiques and vintage items. I had plans to use my things but like life itself, time takes twists and days speed by. I knew what I had boxed up but movers unloaded the vans leaving me with not a complete idea of exactly where, in which out building, my things were. I\'ve been selling my things for about five years now on and I\'m still surprised when I find little gems like this in my own storage cartons!! I had just about retired from doing Antique Shows and I really wanted to keep these for myself. But the joke turned out to be on me, I had no idea where the movers stacked the carton containing these flowers. It\'s taken several years to work down to the carton these two were in but here they are! Here\'re three sweet flowers, a \"sort of Gerber Daisy\", and two open roses. IT\'S WHAT EVERY LOVER OF VINTAGE OR OF MILLINERY ELEMENTS IS LOOKING FOR! MEASUREMENTS: the flat Gerber Daisy is approx 4\" in diameter, the dark blue open rose is 5\" in diameter, the Black one is 5 1/2\" in diameter. THE CONDITION: the three flowers in this listing are 1970\'s Vintage, BEFORE the days of everything smaller than a breadbox was made in China. The flowers here are both made to be clipped or pinned on a dress or jacket or clipped or pinned on a matching net for the hair. They are in very good condition for their age. They are perfect for many uses. If you use it for nothing but placing them on your dressing table as a lovely piece of Victoriana decor you\'ll be thrilled!
