Shipping Policy

However, we reserve the right to ship via another carrier, at no extra cost to you, if it will provide faster delivery.
We are happy to combine purchases, prior to payment, so you save on shipping. We recommend that you use the shopping cart for the purchase of multiple items, and then request a combined invoice before paying. Once paid, items cannot be combined.
30-Day Return Policy
Kindly contact us directly about defective or incorrect items within 10 days of receipt. To initiate a return of unopened/unused items, please use the return procedure.
All returns must include a Return Authorization number, the manufacturer\'s original product packaging and included documentation (if any). Items that have been opened, used, or modified in any way, may not be returned (unless defective). Returns are at buyer expense and shipping is not refundable.
