Designer4less insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.
We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

ReturnsWe hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied we will exchange or refund providing the item is returned in perfect condition with all labels and tags attached. Please raise your return within 14 days of receipt via your original order. Please follow our easy step by step instructions:
- Under \'My \' click on \'won/purchased\' and go to the item you wish to return.
- On the right hand side there is a drop down menu - click on \'more actions\' and then click on \'return this item\'.
- Follow the process through - giving a reason for return and any additional information you wish to include and click on \'continue\' then on \'request return\'.
- We will then accept the return and you will receive full details of where to send the item back to.
International returns please note: If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains \'returned goods\'.
Please note:
The buyer is responsible for the return postage. Please keep proof of P&P until we acknowledge receipt of the goods. We recommend you use a tracked service with insurance because the item(s) are the responsibility of the buyer until we have received them back. We will not accept goods that have been damaged whilst in the ownership of the buyer or their courier.
Unless your goods have been described incorrectly, or we have sent the wrong product(s) in error, we will not refund your postage charges for the return.
We will process the refund via within 4 working days of receipt of the returned item.
For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on underwear or swimwear if the item(s) has been worn or the packaging is damaged.

Items over £500.00 : Paypal may be accepted depending on your standing on and our usual security procedures.

Customers can also make telephone payments with a UK registered credit card and we will post the items to the UK registered address (2% surcharge).

High value items are generally treated with Smartwater invisible security fluid prior to dispatch. This avoids the possibility of fraudulent returns.
