This sale is for a signed Louis Wain postcard. It hasa wonderful comicillustration of a mouse sitting calmly on a table while a cat has jumped out of it chair, dropped its pipe and trying to catch him. However his tail has been tied to the chair let so he can not reach the mouse. A little kitten (probably the culprit) is peaking over the chair laughing at the situation. The title is \" If Not Prevented\".
On the back is printed on the side \" H.M. & Co\'s, \"Louis Wain Start Off!\" No. 5429. Printed in Austria.\".
