Exquisite antique 19th century chenille embroidery on silk, framed in a Victorian shadow box - gorgeous florals, with beautiful trapunto work for a three dimensional aspect. Very pretty and graceful!
The frame measures about 12 x 12 inches, with a 3 inch depth. The embroidered panel is about 8 x 8 1/4 inches.
In very good, but not perfect, condition. The embroidery is in wonderful shape, with just a few small discolorations on the silk. The frame shows some wear at the corners and along the top (last photo). Still extremely charming - looks lovely.
