Description A superb genuine English antique 19th CenturyVictoriansolid sterling silverladies Albertina watch chain with rare attached silver \"heart\" tassle fob,inlovely condition anddating from around 1885.Excellent qualityoriginal 125+ year oldexample, (definitelynot a modern re-production), all original and matching, has beautiful triple silver serpentine and belcher chain links and has a decorative engraved silver slider panel. It is complete with its original large silver hallmarked hook catch and has a secure silver swivel/dog catch. Also attached is a handsome English antique solid silver \"shield\" fob medal with no added personal engraved inscriptions.

MeasurementsGood size, measures approx. 8.7 inches (219mm) in length with a further 1 inch on the tassle chain.

Date English antique 19th Century Victorian solid sterling silver, and dating from around 1880-1885.No hallmarks on the chain links which is quite usual with these genuine antique examples, the large silver hook catch is stamped \"sterling silver\". 100% guaranteed all original and matching and the tassle fob is definitely antique silver. The fob medal is silver hallmarked Birmingham 1919.

ConditionLovelycondition,with no splits or cracks, no repairs andno knocks or dents, 1 very minor little link loss on one of the chains, really nothing and all tight and secure. The swivel/dog catch works perfectly and has a good strong spring. The silver tassle is original and is undamaged and complete with all strands and ball ends. There are no personal inscriptions on the medal.
