Description A CenturyVictorian tartan wareneedle case/holder, in lovely condition anddecorated in the\"Caledonia\" pattern tartan. Excellent quality genuine 130+ year oldexample, dating from around 1880, (definitely not a modern re-production), stunning shape with its original tight fitting pull-off lid and inside it is complete with a genuine antique needle packet, with needles. The tartan decoration still has a nice strong colour and has the tartan pattern name \"Caledonia\" stamped in gold on the front.

Measurements Measures approx. 2.25 inches (57mm) in height x 1.15 inches (29mm) wide and is 0.95 inches (23mm) deep.

Minor edge wear to theoriginal lacquered finish, nothing much. The pull-off lid is definitely the original and is a nice tight fit.
