Description Alovely heavy English vintagesolid sterling silver \"half-pint\" tankard in good condition and with full English silver hallmarks for Birmingham 1960.Excellent quality sterling silver tankard, handsome Georgian baluster shape with a silver scrolled handle and resting on a circular pedestal base.With no added engravedmonograms or initials.Has ahalf pint capacity andweighs a heavy 163grams.

Measurements Good size, measures approx.3.95 inches (98mm) in height, and is2.75 inches (70mm) in diameter across the top, (excluding the handle).Date English vintage solid sterling silver with a full set of silver hallmarks for Birmingham 1960(date letter \"L\").Excellentclearstruck marks.Maker Silversmiths initials \"H & D\".ConditionGood condition,no splits or cracks, no solder repairs and no nasty knocks ordents, just a little bit of denting on the base edge of the foot rim, nothing bad, (see last photo).Excellent quality and made from a heavy gauge of silver, weighing 163 grams.Hasa half-pint capacity and there are no engraved personal inscriptions or monograms, possibly something has been erased at one time, fine forre-engraving againif wanted.Handsome heavy English vintage solid sterling silver\"half-pint\" tankard.
