This listing is for a very dressy, all lace2-piece dress in royal blue. The dress is lined except the sleeves, where youcan see the arms through the lace.The top has a wide double collar and covered buttons down the front.Both pieces have beautiful raised attachments. The full length Skirt has a set-on waistband with elastic in the back. It also has a 10.5\" walking vent.
